Let's Talk Chef.com is owned and operated by Chef Joe. Joe began his culinary career at the ripe age of 15 by working for a catering company located in Chicago. Following 4 years at the University of Iowa, Joe quickly enrolled in culinary school at the Cooking & Hospitality Institute of Chicago. Since then, Chef Joe has worked in restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and most recently as a private chef.
