Customer Service

During checkout, select gift card as your payment method. You will be instructed to enter the gift card number and the amount from the gift card that you wish to apply to your order.
During checkout, you will also be asked to provide a credit card number to process the order. Your credit card information can be entered on the payment screen. Any balance left on the order after the gift card balance has been applied will be charged to the credit card provided. If a credit card is not supplied, the order will be held until Customer Service is able to contact you to obtain a credit card for any remaining balance.
If your order total is less than the value of your gift card, the unused value will remain on the card for a future purchase.

Gift Cards can be sent immediately via email or shipped by Standard delivery. There are no shipping charges for Gift Cards sent by Standard Delivery.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is automatically calculated for orders shipped to Illinois. The amount is specified in the "Sales Tax" field of your online purchase summary.

Shipping Information

All items are shipped Standard delivery and will generally arrive within 7 to 10 business days.

Items shipped from our vendors and special order items require additional delivery time.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping and Handling charges are calculated based upon the total cost of merchandise in your order to each individual shipping address. The following shipping and handling charges apply to products pictured and described on our website. All prices are expressed in U.S. currency.

Gift cards are not included in the Order Total. Gift cards using Standard have no shipping charges.

Any time you have more than one item in your cart, you will have the ability to ship the items to multiple addresses during Checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We guarantee your complete satisfaction with the products we sell from our website. If you wish to return merchandise we will exchange the product, credit your account or issue a refund. If you have any questions please send us an email.

To return an item, repack in original packaging and enclose the following information to allow us to process your return quickly and accurately:

Your full name and address
Proof of purchase (credit card statement) and/or your order number
Reason for return
Desired action (replace item, exchange or refund)
